Dantrick is a bay American born Thoroughbred stallion by the deceased bay stallion Clever Trick. After a three year racing career Dantrick was purchased by event rider Jane Colley-Edmunds for a performance career. He successfully competed at the 4'9" level jumpers wintering in Florida ever year. In 2000 Dantrick pulled a groin muscle from a pasture accident and was put out to stud. As what happens in all big barns, Dantrick's lay up was extended longer than intended due to needs of other horses in training. Due to a move Dantrick was put up for sale and was purchased by Helen Arnone in late 2007.

Dantrick was found to be 100% sound and started his work in conditioning to come back for show season in the Amateur divisions. Dantrick displays a happy work ethic and love of long trail rides. His gaits are very correct and elastic with a strong, ground covering canter. Jumping is a breeze for him with plenty scope and carefulness. His personality is irreplaceable as a complete ham who adores affection from his people and a craving for cookies. We are very happy to have him as a horse and are very excited to see what foals he will produce next year!
